Price
of the DVD
The total purchase price of the DVD is € 15,00.
The price is in Euros and includes sales tax as well as shipping
and handling costs.

You can purchase the product by credit card directly online the

Shipping
Rates
Shipping and handling costs, for Italy and abroad,
are included in the total price of each single copy of the DVD
Supplier
Online sales is handled by Lallaria,
the company that produced the DVD and the Saint Francis Walk web
site.
Delivery
Estimates
The product is delivered to your door by registered mail by the
Poste Italiane (Italian Postal Services). Orders
are sent out within 24 hours and the DVD is delivered in compliance
with delivery times declared by the Poste Italiane.
Satisfied
or Refunded (Refund Policy)
In compliance with the Legislative
Decree n.185 dated May 22 1999 that acknowledges the 97/7/CE
directive regarding consumer protection in stipulating contracts
at a distance, if not satisfied with the product received, consumers
have the right to return the product, at their expense and responsibility,
within 10 days from receipt. The returned product will be accepted
without hesitation as long as it is in perfect condition and the
SIAE stamp has not been broken. The consumer will be reimbursed
in full (excluding shipping and handling costs according to the
Italian law).
According to the Italian legislative decree n. 185 dated May 22
2000, consumers have the right to withdraw from the present contract
without penalty within ten working days from the day you receive
the product. Within this 10-day time period the consumer can send
a written communication to the supplier by registered mail with
notification of receipt. Communication can also be sent by fax or
telegram, within the time limit, on condition that it is confirmed
through registered mail with notification of receipt sent within
the following 48 hours. The product, if delivered properly to the
destination, must be returned to the following address within 10
working days from the day the product was received:

If the right to withdrawal and the return of the product are exercised
by the consumer according to the abovementioned methods and terms,
Lallaria will refund the sum paid by the consumer within 30 days
of the date that the supplier received notification of the right
to withdrawal.
Availability
The product you ordered could be out of stock at the time we receive
your order. Should this happen, you will be notified by fax, email
or telephone as soon as your order arrives and you will receive
a full refund.
Purchasing
Requirements
The consumer guarantees and agrees, once the online purchasing procedure
is completed, to print and save the present general conditions.
The consumer is severely prohibited to furnish false or invented
information.
Privacy
Notice
By filling out the purchase form, you accept to the handling of
your personal information in conformity with art. 10 of
law 675/96 where said information will be used exclusively
by Lallaria.

All information pertaining to the transaction, in particular those
regarding credit cards, are elaborated and saved on the PayPal
server, proprietor of the electronic commerce platform used and
will not pass through, even temporarily, Lallaria
servers.
All personal information, orders, purchases made by you, and communications,
are considered highly confidential;
we are committed to protecting your
privacy and will not divulge any information to
outside companies for promotional use.
